About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Performance Analysis to take on a leadership role in the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance analysis strategy. This strategy is designed to support the elite team and player development across the club. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and integrating both video and data analysis into the daily operations, long-term planning, and competitive edge of the organization. A key aspect of the role is delivering industry-leading video analysis, including tactical breakdowns, opposition scouts, and post-match reviews, to inform coaching decisions and enhance player development.

Applicants for the Head of Performance Analysis position at the company should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in professional soccer, with a strong understanding of the high-performance environment. A Bachelor's degree in a performance analysis or related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The role also requires a US Soccer B License or equivalent, with a US Soccer A License or equivalent being a plus. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Major League Soccer, including its competitive structure, player development systems, and tactical trends. Deep technical and tactical understanding of the game, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in industry-standard analysis tools are essential. The Head of Performance Analysis will also be responsible for staff leadership and development, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
