Receptionist - Veterinary Front Desk

Salary : $17.00-$18.00 per hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.

Schedule : We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities! Part-time : Averages 20-25 hours per week. Full-time : 30+ hours per week

Typical Part-Time Schedule :

• Fridays : 7 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM
• Tuesdays : 12 : 00 PM-9 : 00 PM
• Thursdays : 7 : 00 AM-1 : 00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays (2 per month) : 8 : 00 AM-2 : 00 PM

Coldwater Animal Hospital is hiring a part-time or full-time Customer Service Professional to be the knowledgeable, welcoming face at our front desk. This role goes beyond typical administrative assistant duties-it's about delivering knowledgeable service while confidently communicating in the language of veterinary care.
