Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pump Mechanic to join our team at Voigt-Abernathy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump maintenance and repair, focusing on efficiency and precision. As a Pump Mechanic, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our pumping systems, ensuring they are operating at peak performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on various pumps and related systems.
• Inspect pumps and components to diagnose mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble pumps and related equipment.
• Install and commission new pumps and systems, ensuring they meet operational standards.
• Conduct performance tests and adjust systems to ensure they function optimally.
• Maintain accurate records of service and repairs, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
