  • 7+ years of experience working in the networking industry
  • 5+ years working as a voice engineer
  • Testing experience
  • CUCM experience
  • Specifically "Call Manager"
  • Route Switch
  • SIP and Traditional ISDN / PRI Trunking and broad experience with carrier network
  • Migrating MS teams to CUCM (or the other way)
