About the Role
Seeking a Licensed Project Healthcare Architect with a strong background in designing and managing healthcare and medical office building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project designs that integrate architectural and engineering elements, ensuring cohesive and functional solutions that meet client expectations.
This position plays a key role in mentoring design team members, overseeing project quality, and participating in client meetings including those for business development. The successful candidate will also be involved in documenting existing conditions and contributing to the technical direction of healthcare design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop integrated architectural and engineering designs for healthcare and related facilities
Lead and mentor junior designers and architects, ensuring high standards of quality
Participate in client review and business development meetings
Document existing building conditions and provide detailed project reports
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and client requirements
Qualifications
10+ years of experience as a licensed architect, with a strong focus on healthcare architecture
Licensed Architect (state) required; NCARB certification and LEED or similar certification preferred
Experience with healthcare, medical office buildings, commercial, municipal, federal, or state projects
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Additional Information
Travel : Up to 20%, depending on project needs
Salary Range : $105,000 $170,000

Physical Requirements
This position occasionally requires sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Must be able to frequently lift / move up to 10 lbs and occasionally up to 25 lbs. Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
