IF " in process status " Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date Will accept first time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license PATIENT DIANOSES : Level II NICU admissions / Normal Newborn 32 weeks or greater SPECIAL PROCEDURES : Attend Vaginal and Cesarean Deliveries CPAP / BiPap Feeding Tubes, Syringe Pumps Attends All Deliveries, Attends High Risk Deliveries SPECIAL EQUIPMENT : NICU travel nurses are not expected to care for mother-baby couplets unless they already have the skill / competencies CERTS : BCLS & NRP required STAFFING RATIO : 1 : 3
