Responsibilities :
Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs Educate clients on policy options empowering them to make informed decisions Manage the complete sales cycle prospecting policy approval annual followups Educate clients on available policies and coverage options Stay informed about industry product advancements to enhance your expertise Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
Qualifications :
Active Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one we provide guidance) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills for CRM and client management Technical device to conduct business laptop / Ipad / desktop
