We provide a full continuum of services that restore function, dignity, and vitality to patients recovering from serious illness or injury.\n\nThe Opportunity : Float Pool RN\n\nOur Staff Resource Pool is a highly skilled, flexible team of nursing professionals who support a variety of clinical units across Levindale. As a Float Pool RN, you'll bring expertise, adaptability, and compassion wherever care is needed most—ensuring seamless support and exceptional patient outcomes.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Provide safe, age-appropriate, patient- and family-centered care across multiple departments\n
• Perform and document comprehensive assessments\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans\n
• Educate patients and caregivers with empathy and clarity\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes\n\nQualifications\n
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred\n
• Minimum 2 year of RN experience\n
• Active Maryland RN license\n
• BLS (AHA required)\n
• Basic computer proficiency (Cerner, Microsoft Office, Synquest)\n
