Job description3+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience preferred Strong knowledge of waitstaff operations and beverage service TIPS certification (required) Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and innovation Must be a team player with outstanding customer service skills Weekend and evening availability required Paid time off Paid training Day and night shifts available Candidate must be able to commute to or relocate to Wading River, NY prior to starting
Location : Wading River, NY
Compensation : $80,000 - $85,000 per year
Employment Type : Full-time or Part-time
On-Site Position
A well-established, full-service restaurant in Wading River is seeking a skilled and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong knowledge of front-of-house service, beverage operations, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all daily restaurant operations to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
- Lead and support staff, ensuring high levels of morale, performance, and professionalism
- Handle guest concerns and employee issues with diplomacy and professionalism
- Collaborate on developing engaging events, seasonal cocktails, and promotional appetizer specials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike
