Warehouse Associate

Major Duties And Responsibilities

Typically, you will pick product (optical frames, lenses and contact lenses), put them into boxes on a cart for shipping, and then replace inventory. A wrist scanner will let you know what to do and where to go next. You will work on several different teams as needed.

Receiving / put away will include : Putting lenses in correct inventory locations and rotating stock

Order selection will include : Picking orders for customers and branches

Shipping will include : Verifying orders and correcting discrepancies Boxing orders in correct containers or boxes with correct documentation and applying address labels

Basic Qualifications

To be a good fit for the Warehouse Associate opportunity, you will have : A high school diploma or GED The ability to : Communicate effectively to managers and peer on a daily basis Meet and exceed production goals Correctly use RF devices (scanners) as needed; experience with scanners is a plus Basic reading and mathematics ability Maintain very high levels of accuracy in work assignments Work cooperatively as a member of a team and participates in team meetings

Preferred Qualifications

Inventory and warehouse management system experience

Pay Range : 18.09-23.13 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
