Mandatory Skills : .NET, SQL, Application Support, Banking experience, ITIL Certified, Experience as Support Lead / Manager, Onsite experience, Strong communication skills

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Must have worked as Application Support Lead for a team of 10+
• Must have worked in Banking domain for 3 5 years
• Good knowledge of working on applications in .Net environment
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and report generation as per business requirements
• Exposure in working on Production Support on Banking Systems like Payments, Forex, Loan Systems, Repo etc.
• Proven knowledge and robust understanding of banking industry and processes
• Should be flexible to work off business hours and weekends as required
• Should be well versed with industry standard SDLC in Banking Industry
• Candidate should be ITIL Certified
• Strong skills and exposure of working on Incident Management, Problem Management, Critical Incident coordination and handling
• Must have good analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
