Coinbase Growth is a consumer facing team that works on scaling Coinbase by identifying the highest impact opportunities across all of Coinbase that better connect users and maximize core product value. Our team is looking for a Product Manager to take co-ownership on an aggressive performance marketing goal by driving new user acquisition at scale.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Coinbase marketing technology products
• Work closely with performance marketing team to scale up annual spend efficiently via opening up new marketing channels and increasing performance marketing automation velocity
• Manage budget and return-on-investment in close partnership with finance and marketing
• Lead and align cross-functional partners such as engineering, design, data and marketing to land customer value and revenue impact
• Understand your product's strategic and competitive position and deliver results in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals

Pay Transparency Notice : Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Pay Range : $144,500$170,000 USD
