Title of Role : Head of Operations and Growth
Location : New York, NY (In-office 4–5 days / week; ~2 days / month client travel)
Office Type : On-site, Full-Time
Salary : $125,000 – $175,000 base + Equity + Performance-Based Bonus
We’re working with a fast-growing technology company building modern tools for a traditional, industrial-focused sector. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team to help shape go-to-market, customer success, and operations during a critical growth stage.
Build and manage CRM and outbound lead generation systems; Drive customer success and retention through onboarding, training materials, account check-ins, and adoption monitoring.
Create sales and marketing collateral, including presentations, website drafts, and video content.
Travel to clients (~2 days / month) to strengthen relationships and support deployments.
3+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, venture, sales, customer success, or entrepreneurial roles.
~ Proficiency in CRM use, outbound campaigns, and customer engagement.
~ Strong communicator with experience producing sales materials and written content. xklufbp
