Our client, a prominent commercial real estate firm, seeks a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in NYC. The ideal candidate possesses multiple years of Learning & Development experience, having curated and built out learning initiatives as well as designed trainings. Experience with LinkedIn Learning, coupled with excellent project management skills and a collaborative mindset will allow someone to excel in this position. Bachelors' degree, required. 5+ years of Learning & Development experience Professional services industry experience, strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency with the LinkedIn Learning platform, coupled with strong project management skills. Exposure to benefits administration, preferred. The base salary range for this role is $85k-$115k. Compensation commensurate with experience.
