Physician Scheduler

A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler to manage scheduling for its practices. Key Responsibilities Manage the QGenda scheduling program, ensuring proper staffing levels and maintenance of paid time off Coordinate physician scheduling and handle requests and swaps from radiologists Generate reports and maintain communication regarding scheduling matters and changes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Physician Schedule management Minimum of 2 years' experience in a demanding office setting Experience with QGenda scheduling software is preferred but not required Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial
