Salary :

Medical Center Prescription Shop is seeking a Pharmacy Cashier. The Pharmacy Cashier is responsible for handling customer transactions while providing excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting.

Duties / Responsibilities include :

• Transaction Handling : operating the cash register, processing payments, maintaining transaction records
• Cash Handling : managing cash drawer, making change, balancing receipts at the end of the day
• Customer Service : greeting and assisting customers, answering phone calls, answering questions and requests, referring inquiries to the pharmacist when necessary
• Inventory Management : assisting in restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Compliance : adhering to pharmacy policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and customer privacy
