Shift / Time Zone : Monday-Friday 7am-3pm every Saturday until converted to Quest employee 6 : 30am-11am

State of Credentials Licenses Required : Phlebotomist Certificate preferred but not required

Job Summary : The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) represents the face of our company to the patient. They provide the frontline service to our customers, ensuring a positive, caring, and compassionate experience at the point of care.
