Trust & Estates Paralegal

✨ Role Overview :

• Work directly with attorneys in a high-volume estate planning and probate practice
• Handle estate planning documents, probate pleadings, trust administration, fiduciary disputes
• Draft, file, and track legal documents while managing tight deadlines
• Be a proactive, innovative member of a collaborative legal team
• ? Requirements :
• 5+ years in trusts & estates and probate litigation
• Experience with court filings, petitions, accountings, and discovery
• Excellent knowledge of local court systems and estate processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong legal writing and case management skills
