A highly specialized ambulatory surgery center located in Mount Laurel, NJ is currently in need of a Surg Tech to join their team.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

6 : 30am - 3 : 30pm.

Maintain proper sterile field during surgical procedures.

Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after operation and document according to policy.

Provide technical assistance to surgeons, OR nurses, or anesthesiologists as needed.

Wash and sterilize equipment using proper sterilization techniques.

Operate, adjust, and maintain equipment to ensure proper operation.

Job Requirements :

Completion of accredited Surgical Technologist program.

Hold Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).

BLS preferred (American Heart Association).

2 year of experience as a certified Surgical Tech working in an OR setting is required.
