Now Hiring – Flux Core Welders for WEEKDEND SHIFT 4am - 4pm 12 hours shift Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Location : Fort Worth

Shift :

2nd Shift : 4 : 00 PM – 2 : 30 AM or Weekend shift 4am to 4pm - Fri, Sat Sun

Overtime is mandatory

Position Overview :

We are seeking experienced Flux Core Welders to join a leading manufacturer specializing in utility poles and monopoles. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and earn competitive pay based on your performance.

Job Details :

Perform Flux Core welding using 1 / 16" or .052 wire

Welding structural steel components for utility applications

Maintain high standards for weld quality, safety, and efficiency

Weld Test Requirements :

2G Bend Test

V-Groove with Backing Bar on 1” Plate

Pay Rate :

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour, based on weld test performance

Requirements :

Experience with Flux Core welding (heavy gauge material)

Ability to pass the required weld test

Reliability and flexibility for mandatory overtime
