Order: 325559 Order Type : Temp Production Line Worker (Entry-Level) $17-18hrly Shift: Standard shift: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Includes one 30-minute unpaid break Two paid 15-minute breaks (morning and afternoon) Overtime Opportunities: Optional overtime as early as 6:00 a.m. after a preliminary training period Saturday overtime available for employees who meet 40 hours during the week Job Description We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Line Workers to join our team. This is an entry-level position for individuals who are detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products on production lines, operating machinery, and working with hand or power tools to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. Team members will rotate between multiple stations based on production needs. Additional duties may include: Quality control and quality assurance checks Packaging finished products for shipment Maintaining efficiency and cleanliness of the production line Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals Reliable transportation is a MUST. Essential Qualifications Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, patterns, and techniques Ability to lift and move heavy items as required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Team-oriented mindset and commitment to following safety protocols Ability to stand for long periods of time Maintain clean and organized workstations Good communication skills Forklift and reach truck experience is a plus, but not required
