Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions at admission and throughout each shift, promptly identifying any changes or concerns.Perform necessary procedures and monitor treatments as ordered by medical providers, ensuring accurate documentation of care.Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for therapeutic responses, acting decisively in case of side effects.Provide exceptional patient care by responding swiftly to requests and proactively addressing needs.Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatment plans, and medications, ensuring clarity and understanding.Qualifications :
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.Current RN licensure in the state of practice or active compact license.Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.Join Trident Health, a 445-bed HCA Healthcare hospital system.
