Job descriptionBuild or repair Pipe in Fabrication Shop, or repair in Ship-Yard setting Cut, shape, fit, or join Pipe or other construction materials with torch Cut and Bevel Perform safety inspections in construction or resource extraction setting Read and interpret blueprints and Bluebook Use measuring devices in construction math calculations Understand Take-Off's & specifications Move or lift heavy objects using Overhead Crane and Rigging Plan or organize work read technical drawings Determine project methods and procedures Fitting tools such as (tape measure, square, level, grinder, torch) Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications Use hazardous materials information, adhere to safety procedures
Pipefitter with 4+ years of shipyard experience.
Pass a drug screen and physical
Written Pipefitters test required along with skills test
