Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant - Team Lead to join the team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, supporting client engagements, preparing financial reports, and mentoring junior staff. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, client-facing experience, and leadership abilities to guide team members while delivering high-quality financial solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Provide audit and tax support, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Partner with clients to deliver customized accounting solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior team members to foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.
