Senior Cloud Operations Engineer (Malvern)

Location : Malvern, Pa Hybrid

Join a leading Software provider dedicated to transforming the financial services industry as a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer. In this pivotal role, youll be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing a sophisticated Azure-based SaaS platform, ensuring its high performance, reliability, and scalability. Reporting directly to the SVP of Product Architecture, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements, automate operations, and implement infrastructure-as-code strategies that keep the platform robust and cost-efficient.

What Youll Bring To The Table

• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Function Apps, Container Apps, Azure SQL, Microsoft Entra ID, Application Gateway, and Firewalls.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to enable repeatable and reliable deployments.
• Skilled in monitoring and observability tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to proactively detect issues.
• Expertise in designing high availability, disaster recovery, and scaling solutions to maximize platform uptime.
• Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and automation practices to streamline operations.
• Ability to manage VPN tunnels, VWAN, firewall configurations, and secure customer data connections.
