We are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to perform service work for our customers in West Bend and the surrounding areas! Responsibilities include removing and replacing toilet wax rings, installing new toilets efficiently and correctly, operating commercial toilet snakes to clear blockages, changing out Sloan flush valve internal parts accurately, replacing toilet tanks, interior tank parts, and flush mate valves, replacing water shutoff valves and faucets, removing and replacing water heater units, unclogging sinks and floor drains promptly, working with PVC and Copper piping, and performing basic maintenance tasks related to electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.

Essential Skills : At least 5 years of total plumbing experience, minimum 2 years of commercial plumbing experience, current Journeyman or Master Plumber license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications : Master Plumber license is ideal for permit pulling.

Work Environment : The position operates on a day shift, with standard hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Travel to customer sites is required, primarily within an hour's distance but may extend as far north as Green Bay and south to Chicago, with occasional overnight stays. A company vehicle is provided for travel. Candidates should possess their own tools and adhere to a dress code of steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a plain t-shirt or polo shirt, with additional PPE required at some sites.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Bend, WI. The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
