Job Description :

• Work setting includes Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Responsibilities involve circulating procedures for diagnostic catheterizations, adult left heart catheterization, pulmonary artery line / Swan-Ganz monitoring, and right heart catheterization.
• Special procedures include LHCRHC, temporary pacer, permanent pacer, PCI / intervention, pericardiocentesis, loop recorder, IABP insertion, and peripheral and PE cases.
• The age range of patients includes young, middle, and older adults.
• Average of 4 cases per day, with potential fluctuations based on need.
• Epic experience preferred, though not mandatory.
• Must be willing to take 10-12 call days per month, including weekend calls, with a 30-minute call-back time.
• Travel compliance requires disclosure of all requested days off during submission.
• Travel professionals must work at least one holiday per season (including two winter holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's).
• Compliance documentation is required by the Wednesday prior to the start date.
• Candidates must not reside within 100 miles of the facility to be considered.
• Orientation involves 24 hours of non-billable time, with 5.5 hours for modules and 2 hours for Epic training for inpatient RNs, which may be completed pre-start or during orientation.
