Managing Attorney / Senior Foreclosure Attorney

A well-established law firm in Addison is seeking a highly experienced Senior Foreclosure Attorney to lead and manage its Addison office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise in Texas foreclosure law to oversee complex foreclosure litigation matters while providing strategic leadership to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Addison office, including supervising attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Lead a wide range of Texas foreclosure matters, including residential, reverse mortgage, and HELOC-related foreclosures
• Direct complex litigation proceedings, including contested cases and matters involving title disputes, occupancy issues, lien priority, and probate-related foreclosure actions
• Provide high-level strategic legal guidance on foreclosure processes, case strategy, timelines, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment
• Collaborate closely with firm leadership, internal teams, and clients across multiple jurisdictions to ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications :

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $185,000 – $245,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
