Job description

Seeking full time Board Certified / Eligible Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join team in Phoenix, AZ, providing care to the underserved population of Maricopa County. The position includes employment through a multi-specialty group with 400+ providers exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching at the hospital.

Be part of a full-service hospital with a Level 1 Trauma / Burn Center. The hospital is committed to top notch pediatric care and has a Pediatric ED, NICU, PICU and Pediatric Acute Care Unit. There is also a very robust FQHC Ambulatory Clinic with general pediatric and subspecialty services adjacent to the hospital and additional ambulatory FQHCs providing pediatric primary care around the city.

  • The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of pediatric GI disorders; demonstrated skills in the full gamut of pediatric GI endoscopic and other procedures; excellent teaching and education skills, and strong communication and team skills.
  • Both practicing physicians and newly graduated Fellows welcome
  • Spanish language proficiency would be beneficial, but not required.
