Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Inpatient Physical Therapist to join the rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients' physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Evaluate patients' physical abilities through diagnostic tests and assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to enhance mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Utilize equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls to aid inpatient rehabilitation.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate patients and their families on managing conditions and preventing further injury.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, occupational therapists, and nurses, to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress, treatment plans, and any changes in physical condition.

    • Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical rehabilitation therapy techniques and technologies.
