The Opportunity

The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Lead Developer / Architect to join at a critical early stage. This role offers the rare opportunity to define core architecture, build scalable systems from scratch, and influence the direction of a high-growth platform. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with founders and early users, taking ideas from concept to production while setting engineering standards across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve system architecture, APIs, and data models.
• Build modern SPAs and backend services, taking features from concept to production.
• Establish engineering best practices for CI / CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, security, and testing.
• Solve applied AI challenges, including GPT, vision, reasoning, and computational geometry.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to shape scope, UX, and feature development.
• Ensure reliability in production : debugging, performance tuning, and feedback loops.
