Director Admissions and Marketing  - 12-month position

Reports to :   Superintendent

Position Overview :   To serve Palm Beach Christian Academy by providing leadership for the development and implementation of a results-driven admissions and marketing plan.  The Director of Admissions and Marketing works closely with the Superintendent, Administrative ECE Director, and school leadership team on the development and implementation of the schools admissions and marketing plan. The position will focus on the recruitment and enrollment of new families and the marketing of the school through lead generation, storytelling, brand awareness, and internal communications. The Director of Admissions and Marketing will embody the mission, vision, and values of Family Church and Palm Beach Christian Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in education, masters degree preferred.
• Two to four years experience in school marketing and admissions.
• Experience in or willingness to learn the Classical Christian model.
• Evidence of strong Christian faith and values.
• Demonstrates a strong Christian character and integrity.
• Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church or a faith-like Church.
• Supportive of the doctrinal statements as found in the Baptist Faith & Message of 2000.
• Maintain a close and healthy walk with the Lord Jesus Christ.
• Maintain a high standard of excellence and moral character.
• Evidence of ability to interact collaboratively with students, parents, staff, administration and community.
• Evidence of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must pass drug test, fingerprints, and local background check.
• Commitment to Family Church and Palm Beach Christian Academys vision and mission.
