What You'll Do :

Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging tours of our community

Guide applicants through leasing paperwork, approvals, and move-in processes

Build strong relationships with current and future residents

Assist with marketing and resident retention efforts

Deliver outstanding customer service every day

What We're Looking For :

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Positive, professional, and motivated attitude

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required

Leasing, sales, or customer service experience a plus — training provided for the right candidate

Schedule : Full-time with weekend availability
