Job description

Operating Room (OR) Opportunities – Multiple Roles Available

Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Our hospital is a Level I trauma center offering complex medical services, including orthopedics, stroke and vascular care, women’s health, robotic surgery, and obstetrics. The OR department handles 300–600 cases per month , with a strong mix of scheduled and emergent trauma cases.

Available Positions :

OR Manager
OR Charge Nurse (Day)
Staff RNs (2 Day, 1 Night)

Experience & Requirements

Minimum : 2 years of acute care OR experience

Preferred : 2 years in a multi-service line hospital, trauma experience a plus

Charge RN : OR experience preferred; experience in other units will be considered

Cross-Training : Not available; relevant OR experience required

Certifications :

BLS required upon hire

ACLS required within 6 months

Education :

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range (Hourly) :

1 year : $36.00

5 years : $40.13

10 years : $44.41

15 years : $48.00

23 years / max : $55.55

Differentials :

Nights : +$5.00 / hr

Evenings : +$3.00 / hr

Weekends : +$2.30 / hr

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (All roles except Manager; paid quarterly over 2 years)

Relocation Assistance : Case by case

Shifts & Schedules

Staff RNs : 2 Days, 1 Night
