General Maintenance Worker

FSI is looking to hire a General Maintenance Worker to join our team. This position performs general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings requiring practical skill and knowledge in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

Key responsibilities include :

• Replacing belts and filters on air handling units.
• Utilizing plaster / compound to patch minor holes / cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing; replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting structures and equipment as required.
• Repairing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Inspecting / repairing damaged interior infrastructure surfaces as needed.
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery, as assigned.
• Following companys safety, health, and accident prevention plan while maintaining records in a timely fashion.
