What You'll Do :

• Deliver accurate, prompt, and friendly service to members in-branch and via phone.
• Engage in meaningful conversations, listen to members' needs, and help them achieve their financial goals.
• Advise on a variety of financial solutions, including lending and deposit products.
• Build new and enhance existing member relationships.
• Refer members to teammates for specialized assistance.
• Complete branch operations tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
