Our Monetization Strategic Finance team is searching for a strategic and results-driven Senior Associate of Strategic Finance, GTM Performance for Sales Solutions (LSS). This person will partner closely with senior GTM leaders, monitoring key business metrics, identifying emerging trends, and sizing the financial impact of strategic initiatives. This highly cross-functional role emphasizes operational rigor and strong execution against top priorities to shape the future growth of LSS. A strong candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and synthesized communication.

Responsibilities : Strategic Thinking

• Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners.
• Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities.
• Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
• Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.

1+ years of experience in the technology industry.

The pay range for this role is $98,000 - $158,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
