team. The Commercial Studio focuses on the design of great places to Work, Live, and Thrive. The firm aims to expand their presence in the local market and is currently seeking a highly motivated individual who can lead and grow the firm within this market. We seek an individual willing to collaborate with a team of creative, motivated professionals passionate about their work and eager to create exciting spaces for clients and the community. The ideal candidate is passionate and looking to take on increasing responsibilities to expand their expertise. Responsibilities
Lead and expand the firm's presence in the local market, focusing on designing innovative spaces to Work, Live, and Thrive. Collaborate and strategize with Commercial Market Sector Leaders and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business opportunities. Maintain a commitment to design excellence, ingenuity, and outstanding service to clients. Establish credibility through strong project management skills within the commercial market sector. Inspire and motivate a team, develop their skills, and encourage professional growth to enhance our local presence. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients in Commercial Office, Mixed-Use Master Planning, Civic, and similar project types. Manage fee generation and project budgets appropriately for the market. Identify new project opportunities and lead proposal development and execution. Lead a team within the Phoenix, AZ office to design and execute projects of various sizes. Qualifications
NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture with 12+ years of experience and an established professional reputation in the market. Professional Architectural registration. Experience in commercial projects is required. Strong business development skills and networking ability. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, and other graphics-related programs preferred. Involvement in business development and project management initiatives; strategic leadership, presentation skills, and self-motivation are essential. Strong conceptual design skills and an entrepreneurial spirit. Effective communication skills to discuss project metrics, construction practices, and contractual terms with clients.
