Qualifications :

• 7–10+ years in project management with experience leading large projects / teams.
• Expertise in project and product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, XP), Waterfall, SAFe, Lean, and Product Management.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
