One of our clients is looking for the position of Help Desk Analyst based on following skills :

Candidates will work onsite in Franklin or Madison County.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Experience managing Citrix systems, VDI and its other technologies 3 Years

Experience Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes VDI, and others 3 Years

Experience Designing and implementing platform security 3 Years

Very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, active directory, GPO settings 3 Years

Understanding of the Service Now IT service management application. 3 Years

The primary duty of the professional involves monitoring, maintaining, operating and troubleshooting daily remote access technologies. The professionals must be capable of managing performance and rectify any errors that occur within the Citrix and VDI service. They should verify the applications for deployment via Citrix and VDI. The engineer is responsible for taking care of all the administration tools in the Citrix environment. They should have proficiency in ITIL and other IT operations frameworks.

The professionals should be able to provide all the necessary support for Citrix Infrastructure. Apart from these, the additional duties include :

• Manage clients or their own company Citrix systems, VDI and its other technologies.
• Checking and controlling the server and offering solutions to its problems.
• Supporting and preserving the Virtual Desktop setup of the institution, which includes VDI, and others.
• Help in organization and management of the business applications.
• Determining the increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk.
• Improving and adjusting the Virtual Desktop system.
• Design and implement platform security.
• Taking part in upgrading and updating the system’s applications, installing it with up-to-date descriptions.
• Should strengthen the apps, the Windows server, and the principal operating system.
• Providing technical assistance for all the servers, desktops, and services that apply business.
• Taking full control and accountability for applying, implementing, maintaining, and examining the documentation of the Virtual Desktop
• Very extensive knowledge with Windows 11, active directory, GPO settings.
• Have some knowledge with Chromebooks.
• Travel may be required

The successful candidate may have to undergo a drug test and background check.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of London, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
