Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts with every third weekend and holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit that supports a diverse and complex patient population :
Post-operative care for craniotomies, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Comprehensive management of hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients.High volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, including medical overflow cases.Be a part of the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) , gaining exposure to the latest neurosurgical techniques and cutting-edge care.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Education Required :
Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
