Job description

Perm / FT OB / GYN Provider - Beautiful, warm Arizona - Great Salary & Benefits

  • Location : Gila County, approximately 85 miles from Phoenix; beautiful area; small communities but close to the large cities shopping, entertainment; great cost of living, real estate is affordable with some of the lowest costs in the west; a national city statistical group ranks the area high for livability, cost of living and education. 89% of the residents report that they are very happy living in the area.

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Full-Time, M-F + 10-12 days of call / month

Minimum years of experience required : 5

SALARY RANGE : $450,000 - 650,000 annually

Requirements :

  • Possess / Attain active, unrestricted AZ license
  • Board Certified
  • Possess / Attain AZ DEA
  • Clean DEA / Malpractice / NPDB (no unresolved suits / cases, no large payouts in previous 7 years)
