This role requires 10-20 hours per week with availability during our business hours (8 : 30 AM5 : 00 PM ET) to ensure smooth team communication and timely task completion. Ideally, were looking for someone who can work in a consistent block of 34 hours per day, rather than splitting hours between morning and afternoon.Company : Med Spa Magic MarketingLocation : Remote (U.S. residents only in-office mentality expected)Position Type : Part-Time Pay Details : $18 - $20 / hrRole Overview : We are seeking a part-time Design Assistant who is both creative and very detail-oriented to support the visual production needs of our digital marketing agency. This role requires someone with strong time management, an efficient workflow, and a consistent ability to follow instructions within our brand guidelines.Youll primarily be responsible for : Creating and refreshing Meta ad graphicsDesigning landing pages using pre-built templates and toolsCompleting assigned work within our project management system by the given due datesWhile this role doesn't involve frequent team calls, active communication in team chat is expected during the workday. You double-check your work and follow instructions carefully to ensure high-quality results.Intelligence : You need to have good problem solving skills and the ability to connect the dots to create solutions. Being a faster learner is necessary as well. Communication & Responsiveness : While this isnt a client-facing position, you must be excellent at written communication - especially in team chat and messages. You ask the right questions, give clear updates, and follow up when needed without being reminded.Hard worker : As a small business, we actually WORK while we're at work. The days are busy and productive. Team members who are easily distracted or have trouble locking in and working hard during the work day will not be a fit. This is a focused role with recurring tasks and tight deadlines. Youre not easily distracted, and you take ownership of your time. You move through tasks efficiently and stay productive during your work hours.Visual Judgment & Consistency : You have a natural eye for design - even if you're not classically trained. You understand alignment, spacing, and how to maintain consistency across visual assets. Youre able to work within a brands look and feel without needing to reinvent the wheel.Key Responsibilities : Design new and refreshed ad graphics using Canva, following creative briefs and internal guidelinesBuild and modify landing pages using our proprietary landing page tool and SOPs
