Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Residential Sales who will lead a high-performing team to drive new business growth and expand market share across North America.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and coach a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve performance targets

Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue goals and corporate growth objectives

Monitor and manage sales processes, systems, and reporting to ensure operational excellence

Required Qualifications

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in the SaaS industry

Experience in the real estate software industry is preferred

Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze complex situations

Exceptional leadership skills focused on team development and motivation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
