ASSET MANAGER

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining asset management strategies for each property
• Conducting portfolio analysis and reporting
• Ensuring properties meet financial goals and regulatory requirements
• Managing relationships with lenders and investors
• Overseeing physical and financial aspects of property management
• Minimum three years of experience in real estate or finance, focusing on portfolio analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience or interest in non-profit affordable housing is preferred

BRIDGE Housing offers a salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 annually, with actual pay based on experience. The position is full-time, mid-senior level, in the finance and sales function.
