We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in our Acute MedSurgical department. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will independently manage a range of clinical situations, ensuring both routine and complex care is delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Exhibit strong leadership skills as part of the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Deliver high-quality nursing care through the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol and monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers; identify critical issues and available resources.

Qualifications :

Work Schedule : 6AM - 6PM, 12-hour shifts.

Work Type : Per Diem, as needed.
