Purpose :

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the therapy department to ensure that those supported receive the therapy services needed for optimal wellbeing.

Qualifications :

• Successfully completes the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
• Maintains a valid Driver's License which meets company standards for approved drivers. Minimum insurance limits of 30,000-60,000 and clean driving records.
• Statewide travel within Florida is required.
• Proficient with WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK and basic computer skills
• Master's degree required
• Demonstrated experience in a therapeutic setting working with people who have Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
• Must possess a license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech / language Pathology
