Sales Trainer / Manager

A company is looking for a One Call Close Sales Trainer / Manager to lead and train inside sales remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the training program, including curriculum and certification

Coach sales representatives and hold them accountable to KPIs through regular reviews

Implement and audit tech-enabled workflows and sales processes across teams

Proven management experience in leading sales teams

Expertise in remote training using tools like Zoom and LMS
