Position Summary
This is a fulltime onsite role based in Las Vegas. As a member of the Digital Experience team, the Sr. Analyst III will play a vital role in the measurement of Credit One Bank’s digital channels including mobile / desktop web applications and native mobile apps (iOS / Android). This role will support digital analytics tagging from beginning to end; identifying KPIs, validating tags, developing reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics to drive our product roadmap through data-driven decisions.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer channels and user engagement as to guide product owners and key business stakeholders in developing effective tagging and reporting requirements, both forward-looking for new feature deployment and retrospectively for current feature optimization
- Execute a consistent tagging approach across digital channels; validate tagging and usability within both Adobe Analytics in both development, test, and production environments to confirm data is flowing properly within our channels
- Create and deliver in-depth analytics reports for both website and mobile applications, offering actionable insights to stakeholders (tracking pages, actions or events and visualizing data as trendlines, conversion funnels, activity volumes)
- Identify opportunities to optimize tagging or reporting efforts to improve customer conversion, retention, engagement, or other KPIs
- Identify and manage tagging issues; oversee project issue trackers to ensure timely resolution of data-related issues and continuous improvement of analytics processes
- Manage Adobe dashboards to evaluate the health of digital channels; monitor alerts related to data anomalies, flag issues to affected teams, and implement solutions to maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with various teams across the bank to analyze data trends and support strategic initiatives
- Maintain and update documentation for key resources, including data dictionaries, tracking guidelines, and reporting templates
- Support A / B Testing; as needed, assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A / B tests to optimize website and mobile app performance
Position Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of web and mobile channel analytics experience with strong Adobe Analytics expertise, proficient in Analytics Workspace and Report Builder.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceHighly skilled in translating business objectives or questions into analytics requirements and reportsExperience with implementing and testing analytics tags end-to-endExperience in identifying KPIs, developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizationsDemonstrated project management and organization skills; ability to work and thrive in collaborative team environment as well as independently to drive results (and knowing when to escalate significant issues to leadership)Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsPreferred
