Planning, Design and Construction, Full time day shift, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, Ascension St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, and evaluating capital projects, developing policies and procedures associated with construction project management, managing all aspects of the construction process, determining project roles of team members, planning, scheduling, estimating, and coordinating construction projects, ensuring safety measures are followed, and communicating progress, risks, expectations, time lines, milestones, and other key project metrics.

Requirements include a driver's license, preferred credentials such as a licensed construction professional, certified healthcare constructor, project management professional, high school diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience, associate's degree / bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience, and 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
